Cassidy is the driving force behind Cassidy & Co. Events, bringing over two decades of experience in event planning, hospitality, and venue management. Her journey began in the hospitality industry, where she mastered the art of event planning and sales, eventually becoming Director of Events at boutique hotels. Cassidy’s passion for creating memorable experiences led her to expand into community events, deepening her understanding of the diverse needs of clients.
In 2020, she founded Cassidy & Co. Event, focusing on delivering exceptional wedding planning services. By 2024, Cassidy launched Start Up Event Solutions (click for more information) to help new venue owners and first-time hosts bring their event visions to life. Known for her creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to client success, Cassidy continues to shape unforgettable events and inspire those around her.
Cassidy, her husband, three teenagers, 2 dogs, 2 miniature donkeys (who are also part of the Cassidy & Co. Team), 4 horses and 4 mules live on their farm in Western Colorado. The dream is to keep planning amazing events, while growing a hobby farm for their clients to come and visit any time!

I am beyond thrilled to be a part of the Cassidy & Co. team! Wedding planning has always held a special place in my heart, and with 15 years in the wedding and event planning industry, I’ve had the privilege of bringing all kinds of celebrations to life, anything from intimate gatherings to large-scale events for thousands. I spent a few years in the real estate industry which had reinforced my love for helping people through some of life’s biggest moments, just as weddings do. There’s something so special about creating memories that last a lifetime, and I feel so lucky to be a part of that process!
Beyond my love for planning, I’m a proud mama to my two beautiful daughters, Olivia and Rylee and a dog mom to our sweet pups, Dixie (a 6lb Yorkie) and Dolly (a 4lb Yorkie), who keep life fun and full of energy! We love to spend time with family and friends and our favorite vacation is anywhere with a beach!
