If you are looking a romantic, Tuscan style venue tucked in the desert this is your spot! Just pulling into the drive way to Villa Siena takes you to a different country. Rich with colors and timeless décor. It was like walking into the Borgo Tre Rose but in the middle of Gilbert, Arizona. This venue can hold 50-250 guests and ranges in pricing from $4000.00 $30,000.00 based on how many guests, if you want their food and beverage, the season and the day of the week. There is so much included for this price and I will touch on that after the run down on this venue and all of it’s beauty!
First of all let me start with how sweet and hospitable Paige was when I arrived. I arrived to a welcoming smile and sincere hand shake. Paige and I are working on a April wedding together and I can’t tell you how great it is to partner with great friendors! I love how this entire visit went! It was a rainy Wednesday when I arrived at Villa Siena but that didn’t stop this venue from prepping for a wedding that night! Yep on a Wednesday! If that doesn’t tell you how pretty it is, a Wednesday wedding booking should. Paige said they do weddings every day of the week and do in the hundreds every year. You would never know it by how well maintained and beautiful this venue is. Paige walked me through this breathtaking venue room by room.
We started off in this beautiful round table room. Paige mentions how perfect this room is for gifts, guest book and signing of the wedding license. It is huge and yet feels so perfect for just about anything you would want to host.
Then it was off to the ceremony site which was set for that day’s wedding. As you can see there was plenty or room for up to 200. The wedding we are working on in April together, is hosting there ceremony in this breathtaking courtyard then moving into the cocktail area for cocktail hour and moving back out to the courtyard for dinner. Who wouldn’t want an outdoor experience for your guest in April. The weather should be perfect in the evening. And this ambiance is one guests will leave talking about. I can’t wait to be part of it!
Here’s what you want to know about this venue. It is private meaning it will only be you and your guests. They only do one wedding at a time which I know that can be important to brides. Also they have flexible space. Meaning you can do your ceremony inside or out, reception inside or out. Of course there is a sound ordinance as most city’s have. Not a biggie just means you have to quite down for neighbors to be able to get some sleep! Venues have to play nice with their neighbors and let’s be honest if we lived next to an event venue we would want rules in place. BUT, have you ever heard of an after party! If you want to keep the party going there are plenty of options in Downtown Gilbert.
Villa Siena is pretty much a one stop shop. Offering food and beverage options, chairs, tables, linens, set up and tear down. Not only that but you have options. Do you want a plated dinner or buffet, they can do either. Do you want stationary hors d’ oeuvres or passed? They can do either! I love this concept. I think it makes it a lot easier from a planning perspective and helps to keep everything almost through one vendor. They do ask that you pick a DJ and Florist from their preferred vendor list. Other than that if you want to bring in something different than what they offer for food, you can. Same for décor. That is a nice touch and a way to keep your event unique to you and your style.
A great way to experience this venue for yourself is to attend one of their open houses. Looks like their next one is coming up soon-April 11th, 2022 from 6pm-8pm. Or schedule a private tour or additional information here. Ask for Paige!
I can’t wait to share our April wedding with you all! Until then, happy planning friends!
